Ordering

Please note that the majority of our items are hand-made as are some of the materials. As such every piece is individual and slight variations may occur. 

Stock Availability

We make every effort to ensure that all stock items are available, however in the unlikely event that stock sells out before we’re able to update the site, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order, by phone, email or writing at any time within 7 days of placing your order for a full refund, unless items have already been despatched.

Remittance

We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure payment service provider and utilise industry standard security protection systems. You may send your credit card details by telephone, standard mail or over the internet.

Delivery and Shipping  

We aim to despatch items within 14 working days of your order being placed (subject to stock availability). However it may not always be possible to achieve this and if so we will email you with an estimated delivery date and an option to cancel. If your order is urgently required please contact us to discuss.

Shipping charges will be calculated and notified at the check-out.

International Customers

If Goods are being ordered from outside the UK, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your goods reach their destination.  Tomato Catshop is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard.  If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, however if you are in anyway dissatisfied, please contact us in writing or via email within 7 working days. You may then return the items to us within 14 days, in the same condition that they were delivered (including any labels) and in its original packaging for a refund or replacement.

Please note that we cannot refund delivery charges unless the products are faulty. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods please contact us within 72 hours of receipt and we can despatch a replacement or arrange for a refund.

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for any returns as we cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of goods. If the product is not in fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
